3) Assess (Pre-Assessment)
Pre-Assessment is essential to draw the baseline of the participant’s knowledge and perspective about the training subject. The pre-assessment aallows the participants to concentrate the knowledge nad skills gaps dicovered in the pre-assessment.
4) Train
Our training properly utilizes visual effects, participant interaction and activities. We aim to attract the participants’ interest and keep their positive energy flowing through engaging them in fun and creative activities.
5) Re-Assess (Post Asessment)
The post assessment solidifies the information transferred to the participants. The post assessment may be executed in various ways, which may be either a questionnaire, case study, or activities.
6) Report
After the delivery of the course, Capstone Consulting uses the gathered data about the participants and develop a report showing the progress achieved by each participant and how are the participants expected to utilize the acquired knowledge and skills to improve the work environment. The report may also pinpoint for each participant the areas that needs further development.
Our FUN activities are part of our customized training methodology. People enjoy learning while having fun. Our training workshops may include a lot of fun activities that can be carried our indoors (such as Escape Rooms, Role Play) or outdoors (such as Paintball War, Treasure Hunt).
